Please use your name or invoice number (if you've been issued one) as the payment reference to reconcile it correctly.
No charge is made if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. A 50% charge will usually be levied for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, with 100% charge levied for cancellations without notice.
