Cancellation policy

No charge is made if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, with 100% charge levied for cancellations without notice.

I only see clients by appointment, if you arrive late unfortunately, I will not be able to extend the session, as this will affect my other appointments.
