You are not here to be fixed. You are here to be met, and expanded.
I work gently with people navigating loss — whether it is recent, long-held, or a grief the world has not yet named.

How therapy can help
Grief is a very common, yet largely misunderstood part of life.
Bluemind counselling sessions offer a steady place to notice what the loss is doing to your body, your sleep, your relationships — and to be allowed to feel it without being hurried. We move at the pace that feels survivable.
Sometimes we can't talk to the close people around us about what our pain feels like. Confiding in a professional can help. Bluemind counselling is a dedicated space to meet each emotion with kindness not judgement, with patience not dismissal.
Naming a grief can make you feel a little less alone

If you are grieving and mourning a loss — you don't have to do this alone.
